Improvement Programme Manager 

Sonia has overarching responsibility for the planning, delivery, and development of the improvement workstreams as well as their effective governance. Major projects currently include the revitalisation of the Medical Care website and related activities.

Sonia started her professional career as a quality systems engineer in the Aerospace industry, progressing to quality and improvement manager leading in compliance with ISO and CAA accreditations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Following 17 years in manufacturing, Sonia moved into healthcare with a focus on integrated care through digital social prescribing and building capacity within the community and voluntary sector.
